Families First at Fun Day
Combine a picnic and games on the church’s
front lawn and you have the making of AWANA’s Family Fun Day, held on
Saturday, October 13, 2007. The
event was well received by the families of our church and several AWANA clubbers
who showed up with their parents. Following the food and a brief devotion from
Commander Jeff, most of the crowd enjoyed taking part in the traditional contest
favorites like the Three-Legged Race, Egg Toss, Dixie Cup Water Relay, and the
Egg on a Spoon Carry. I think the
pictures below indicate the kind of day it was!
