Where in the world is our Adopt-A-Club?

On September 10, 2007, our AWANA club decided to adopt a club from a different country! It is exciting to know that God’s word can be shared with boys and girls not only in America – but all over the globe!

Well, the club we adopted this year is from MOLDOVA !! Where is that, you ask?

Moldova is a land-locked country located in Eastern Europe . It lies between Romania on the left and Ukraine on the right. The current population is estimated to be around 4.3 million people. The primary industry there is agriculture.

We are told that their AWANA club boasts membership of 20 Sparks , 20 Flames and 20 Torches. It will be great to learn more about these kids as we communicate with them during the entire AWANA year! Remember to pray for our special friends!

This month we are still collecting for our Annual Missionary Coin Drive. All money that we give will help our new friends in the AWANA club we adopted from Moldova !
