Men’s
Prayer Breakfast – Rise and shine!! In the hectic pace of life,
sometimes it becomes necessary to pause and reflect. The Men’s Prayer
Breakfast provides a great way for men to fellowship in a more casual setting.
Held periodically on Saturday mornings throughout the year, our men gather
together and pray about specific issues concerning the church. Our men also
enjoy the food, which is prepared mostly by those men in attendance. (Yes, some
of us can actually cook!)
Men’s Bible Study Groups –Our Men's group has also decided to start up a Bible Study program that will take place once a month. The Study program began in November 2006 and started out with two groups: one meeting on Tuesday nights and the other meeting on Saturday mornings. Currently, the Saturday morning crew is still going strong under the leadership of Jim Pritt.
Men’s Morning Prayer Time – Starting November 4, 2007, Pastor Mark has invited the men of our church to come early and specifically to pray for the current and future needs of Spring Hill Baptist Church. It is also a time where we can devote a little extra time to special prayer concerns. We meet at 8:15 AM on Sunday mornings in the choir room. This activity will hopefully continue to be a weekly occurrence in our church.
